At The Shanley Team, since we are the actual Lender we will actually Underwrite your entire loan.  We will create and send the Loan Documents to the Title Company.  Finally we know how important is to make sure you have the check at the closing so you can receive the keys for your new home purchase so we will also FUND the loan ourselves!  We control the entire loan process so you can rest assured you are in great hands with the Team at The Shanley Team!
